Everybody hated me! The crooks and the phoneys that is. Just because my grades weren't up to their phoney standards, they decided to give me the boot! I was only passing in English, haha. Pencey Prep, in Agerstown, Pennsylvania. God damn idiots! I'm not bothered about being kicked out, I don't care. The only thing I want is the feeling of a "goodbye", you know what i'm saying? Now look what has happened to me. I'm stuck in this psycho assylum, and i've got god damn T.B.
Oh, my brother, D.B. He's an author you see. The Secret Goldfish, that's what it's called. Great book of mini stories. He is now a screen writer. Living it up in Hollywood, selling himself, prostituting himself for his skills! Anyway, my family. My mum 'n' dad are nice and all that, but they are touchy as hell. Then Allie. He was my younger brother. He died of leukemia a few years back. I miss him.
Anyway, what was I meant to tell you about? Oh yes. I was stood on Thomsen Hill watching the big football game in the stadium. It was freezing. All I had on was my reversible (the crooks had stolen my fur lined coat and gloves, bloody phoneys!) The match, against Saxon Hal, was a big deal around Pencey. Everyone was there, except me. I just got back from NYC you see. I was the coach of the fencin team. It didn't go to good though. I left the fencing gear on the subway. God damn fool! Anyway, I decided to go and visit old Spencer. He didn't live on site, he lived on Anthony Wayne Avenue. I was too cold to stay outside!
